Position Summary:

 

Nusano is a privately held physics company committed to bringing supply stability and innovation to the rapidly emerging and critically undersupplied medical radioisotopes market, and to serving industrial and commercial markets dependent on reliable access to high quality radioisotopes for their products and services.


As a Sales Representative at Nusano, you will focus on driving sales of our radioisotopes for industrial applications. You will leverage your existing network and deep understanding of the radioisotope market to identify and secure new business opportunities, nurture strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company's market expansion. Your expertise will be critical in promoting Nusano’s solutions to a variety of industries that rely on radioisotopes for industrial uses such as aerospace, defense, oil and gas, automotive, crop science and materials science.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

Sales Development and Execution:

  • Drive sales efforts by targeting new and existing customers in industries using radioisotopes for industrial applications.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Nusano’s growth objectives.
  • Set and achieve sales targets to support revenue goals and market share expansion.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on understanding their specific needs, challenges, and product applications.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.

Market Analysis and Business Insights:

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with radiochemistry, supply chain, and technical teams to align sales efforts with operational goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop materials and strategies that support customer engagement and product education.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications related to sales, industrial applications, or radiochemistry are a plus but not required.
  • 7+ years in sales with a focus on radioisotopes for industrial use. Proven experience in developing business relationships and driving sales in the industrial radioisotope market.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial applications of radioisotopes, along with established connections with companies in the field, such as aerospace, defense, oil and gas, automotive, crop science and materials science
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally to meet with clients as needed.
